bet24net Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Philippine Players

By accessing, browsing, registering, or placing a wager on bet24net, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all services offered by bet24net, including sports betting, online casino, live dealer games, poker, and all promotional offers.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion or bonus terms that are published on the platform from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms, the specific promotional terms apply to that promotion only, and these Terms govern everything else.

If you are accessing bet24net on behalf of another person or a corporate entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. You remain personally liable for all activity on your account.

To register and use bet24net, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bet24net strictly prohibits access by minors.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of placing bets, or in another jurisdiction where online betting is lawfully permitted.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of bet24net or any of its affiliated companies, service providers, or software suppliers.
• You are not accessing the platform from a restricted territory where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You are registering voluntarily and are not subject to any self-exclusion order, betting ban, or court-imposed restriction on gambling activity.

Each player is permitted to hold one account on bet24net at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, or the same payment method — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all duplicate accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. This information must match the identity documents and payment accounts used on the platform. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your registration details current. If your contact details change — particularly your mobile number if linked to GCash or Maya — update them in your bet24net account settings promptly. Failure to maintain accurate details may result in delayed withdrawals or account access issues.

bet24net reserves the right to require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal request, or when unusual account activity is detected. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (UMID, passport, driver's licence, SSS card, PhilHealth card) and proof of payment method ownership.

Your bet24net username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify bet24net support immediately.

bet24net strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. We will never ask you for your full password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from bet24net that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support.

bet24net will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to keep login credentials confidential, has shared access with a third party, or has failed to notify us in a timely manner of suspected unauthorised access.

All deposits on bet24net are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱). The minimum deposit is ₱100 for GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and Coins.ph, and ₱200 for bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank via InstaPay or PESONet) and Visa/Mastercard. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name — the same legal name as your bet24net account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may be reversed. bet24net does not accept cryptocurrency, cash, or any payment method not listed in the Deposit and Withdrawal section of the platform.

bet24net does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits. Your bank, e-wallet provider, or card issuer may apply their own transfer or transaction fees, which are outside our control. Deposits are credited to your betting wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests on bet24net must be submitted to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent value, wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and Maya, and ₱500 for bank and card withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed in PHP ₱ and subject to the same name-matching requirements as deposits.

Before your first withdrawal, or when bet24net determines it is necessary, full KYC verification must be completed. Withdrawal requests submitted before verification is complete will be held pending documentation review. bet24net aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• GCash / Maya: 5–15 minutes from approval
• InstaPay bank transfer: Instant to same business day
• PESONet bank transfer: Up to 1 business day from approval
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days from approval

bet24net reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) a name mismatch exists between the bet24net account and the destination payment account; (c) active bonus wagering requirements have not been met; (d) the account is under fraud review; or (e) a regulatory hold is in place.

bet24net does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals. Fees applied by your bank or payment provider for incoming transfers are outside our control. There is no withdrawal fee charged by bet24net on the first two withdrawals per calendar month for verified accounts.

All bets placed on bet24net are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport or game in question, which are published in the rules section of the sportsbook or casino lobby. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet that has been accepted by the bet24net system cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• Minimum bet amounts are ₱100 for single bets and ₱100 total stake for parlay/accumulator bets.
• bet24net reserves the right to impose individual betting limits at our discretion, including for specific markets, leagues, or events.
• In-play bets are subject to live market availability. bet24net may suspend or withdraw in-play markets at any time without notice.
• If a sporting event is postponed before commencement, bets will be voided and stakes returned. If a game is abandoned mid-play, settlement depends on the percentage of the event completed — specific rules are published per sport in the sportsbook.
• Bets placed on incorrect or clearly erroneous odds due to a system or human error may be voided at the discretion of bet24net. Players who systematically exploit pricing errors may have accounts restricted.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or algorithmic tools to place bets is prohibited.

bet24net offers promotions and bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion. The following general bonus terms apply to all offers unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. One bonus per player, household, IP address, and payment method applies unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• All bonuses carry wagering (turnover) requirements that must be met before the bonus balance — or any winnings derived from it — becomes withdrawable. The wagering requirement multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unfulfilled bonus balance and associated winnings are forfeited at expiry.
• bet24net reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled before a player has met wagering requirements, the bonus balance will be removed and real-money funds returned.
• Abusing promotions — including bonus abuse across multiple accounts, coordinated group betting to meet requirements, or placing low-risk qualifying bets — may result in withdrawal of bonuses and account restriction.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bet24net and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant Philippine regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false identity information, using fraudulent identification documents, or impersonating any other person.
• Depositing funds from third-party payment accounts or accounts registered under a different name.
• Participating in match-fixing, collusion with other players or sports participants, or any form of insider betting.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit system features.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, including depositing funds for the purpose of converting them into withdrawable cash without genuine gambling intent.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, errors in odds pricing, or software bugs for financial gain.
• Placing bets on markets where you have privileged inside knowledge about the outcome.
• Using the platform while subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion or gambling ban.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation tool.

bet24net is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools and resources to help players manage their betting activity within healthy limits. The following tools are available to all registered bet24net players in account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly ceiling on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when set. Increasing a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous platform activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account and exclude yourself from all bet24net services. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

bet24net will never pressure a player to continue gambling, reverse a self-exclusion request, or contact a self-excluded player with marketing material. bet24net reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Where an account is closed for breach of Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money funds — may be forfeited if the breach involved fraud, money laundering, multiple account abuse, or bonus abuse. In all other cases, verified real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deducting any outstanding obligations.

Players may close their own bet24net account at any time by contacting support. A closed account cannot be reopened within 30 days of closure. Self-exclusion closures are governed by the Responsible Gaming terms above.

bet24net collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. The types of data collected, the purpose of collection, how data is stored, and your rights as a data subject are described in full in our Privacy Policy.

By registering on bet24net, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to bet24net's legal retention obligations under applicable law including KYC and AML regulations.

bet24net does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared only with regulated payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required by law or these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bet24net and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the platform due to technical maintenance, third-party service failure, or events outside our reasonable control.
• Errors in odds or market pricing that are promptly corrected in accordance with Section 7 of these Terms.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses arising from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by your bank, payment provider, or third-party payment network.

Nothing in these Terms limits bet24net's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine consumer protection law. bet24net's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and all matters arising from your use of bet24net are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any transaction conducted through it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, bet24net encourages players to contact our support team to resolve disputes informally. Most concerns — including settlement queries, withdrawal delays, and bonus disputes — can be resolved within one to three business days through direct communication with the bet24net support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. bet24net will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or mediation process initiated through official channels.

bet24net reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven days before the new terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by regulatory obligation.

Continued use of the bet24net platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance.

The version of these Terms most recently published on the bet24net website supersedes all previous versions. The effective date shown at the top of this page indicates when the current version became binding.
